A roof is easy to forget about; until you can't.
We built New Heights Roofing's campaign around that exact tension: the quiet reassurance of a roof done right, and the urgency that comes when it isn't.
The brief was to establish New Heights as the go-to roofing company in Greater Cincinnati. Not just another option, but the one people reach for when peace of mind matters most. That meant stepping well outside the category's tired playbook of price promos and phone numbers, and finding the emotional truth underneath: your roof is working for you every single day, even when you never think about it.
From that insight, we developed a campaign that felt both grounding and immediate. The kind of work that earns trust before anyone picks up the phone.
We rolled it out across the full funnel: Connected TV to build presence, Meta and Google to capture intent, and radio to reinforce reach in market. Retargeting wrapped the whole thing together, closing the loop so no local awareness went to waste during their lead-up and peak seasons.

For WNC Chimney, the goal was to create social content that made a traditionally overlooked trade feel approachable, trustworthy, and visually engaging while educating homeowners on the importance of both interior and exterior chimney and fireplace work.
