Chickadee Photo Booth, a rental company with locations in North Carolina, Georgia, and Ohio, needed a reliable stream of hot, ready-to-book leads during the most important stretch of their year: wedding season.
Step 1 — a site built to stand out
We built them a website that was fast, branded in their spirit, and a clear step up from the dated photo-booth competition.
Step 2 — qualify the leads, and spend on the right calendar
To make sure leads were both qualified and arriving when couples were ready to commit, we built a custom Typeform system that took the burden off the sales team, gathered the details they needed, and set pricing expectations up front, with custom equations that quoted right inside the form. Then we set a budget cadence around the season: heavier early in the year when the newly engaged are planning, and again closer to wedding season when couples finalize add-ons. It stretched their budget much further.
Step 3 — measure, then scale
With granular per-lead data piping into their CRM, we knew exactly which channel produced each deal and the return on every dollar. Once we hit our confidence threshold, we scaled the campaigns to flood their market and become a top competitor in every channel they ran.
